Cathedral of Santa Eulàlia
English:  The Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia in Barcelona. Chapel of Transfiguration. Also called San Benito. The altarpiece, one of the most important Gothic pieces of the Cathedral, was made by Bernat Martorell in 1445/1452 commissioned by Bishop Simó Salvador († 1445).

Chapel of the carpenter guild, which had been the patron saint, before Saint Joseph of Nazareth, San Juan Bautista. The altarpiece, dedicated to Saint John, is anonymous from 1577. There is an image of Saint Joseph from the 18th century. The Renaissance altarpiece is of polychrome carving, with doors painted in oil by Joan Mates representing the evangelists. The furniture, has four levels, attic and five streets, contains the following images and scenes in relief (listed from top to bottom and from left to right): Baptism of Jesus; Announcement to Saint Zacaries of the birth of Saint John; Birth of Saint John; image of Saint John the Baptist; Visitation of the Virgin; Preaching of Saint John; Arrest of Saint John; Imprisonment of Saint John; Herod Banquet; Degollation of Saint John; Prayer of Jesus in the Garden; Flagellation of Jesus; image of Saint Joseph with the Child; Coronation of thorns; Camino del Calvario; San José; San Juan Bautista.

English:  The Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia in Barcelona. Chapel of Saint Sebastian and Saint Thecla. It has an altarpiece from the years 1486/1498, commissioned by the canon of the cathedral Joan Andreu Sors to Jaume Huguet on 14 April 1486, although he did not do it and commissioned his studio, specifically Rafael Vergós, Francesc Mestre and Pere Alemany. It is structured in three streets, predella and guardapols. In the central street, above is shown Jesus among the doctors and under, the Holy Saints San Sebastián and Santa Tecla with the donor praying kneeling before them. On the left street, from above, Santa Tecla at the fence of the lions, Santa Tecla at the bonfire and San Nicasi. On the right street, San Sebastián destroying the symbols, the martyrdom of San Sebastián and San Roque. To the predella, from the left, Michael Archangel, Mary Magdalene, Ecce Homo, John Evangelist, Santa Barbara. At the side doors are Joan Baptista, on the left, and Sant Andreu on the right. In the central part of the guardapols there is an Announcement; Also it is decorated with 6 symbols of the guild of constructors. At the side doors are Joan Baptista, on the left, and St. Andreu apostle on the right.
